2. Operation of the Webshop

The webshop www.plakat-keret.hu is a specialized store for advertising and information display equipment, selling advertising tools, informational products and equipment, as well as retail and showroom accessories, including in particular:

poster frames
LED advertising devices
information boards
outdoor advertising equipment
illuminated advertising boards
sidewalk / A-frame display boards

Among the offered products there may be:

products with CE certification
IP55 weather-resistant outdoor products
products with TÜV certification

The technical parameters of the products are always indicated on the respective product page.

3. Ordering Process

Purchasing in the webshop consists of the following steps:

The customer selects the desired product.
The product is added to the shopping cart.
The customer enters the required data.
The order is finalized.

By submitting the order, the customer places an order with payment obligation.

An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent regarding the order.

4. Payment Terms

Currently available payment methods in the webshop:

For products delivered or collected within Hungary

bank transfer in advance
cash payment upon personal collection
cash on delivery (cash or bank card)

For products delivered outside Hungary

bank transfer in advance

Process:

the order is received
stock availability is checked
delivery time is confirmed
an invoice is issued

Based on the invoice, the customer pays using the selected method: bank transfer, cash upon collection, or cash/card in case of cash-on-delivery.

For security and ethical reasons, automatic online payments are not used by the webshop.

The bank account number appears on the issued invoice.

5. Delivery

Products can also be collected personally in Budapest after stock confirmation and appointment scheduling.

Delivery is carried out by a courier service.

For products supplied upon special order:

6. Warranty and Quality

Most products sold in the webshop are manufactured with:

or IP55 weather-resistant outdoor design

Products are covered by manufacturer or distributor warranty.

Typical warranty period:

12 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

mechanical damage
improper use
improper installation
external physical damage

7. Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) of Hungary, customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Withdrawal period:
14 days from the date of receiving the product

The intention to withdraw must be sent by e-mail to:

The product must be returned to the following address:

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

8. Complaint Handling
