2. Operation of the Webshop
The webshop www.plakat-keret.hu is a specialized store for advertising and information display equipment, selling advertising tools, informational products and equipment, as well as retail and showroom accessories, including in particular:

Among the offered products there may be:

IP55 weather-resistant outdoor products

The technical parameters of the products are always indicated on the respective product page.
3. Ordering Process
Purchasing in the webshop consists of the following steps:

The customer selects the desired product.

The product is added to the shopping cart.

The customer enters the required data.

The order is finalized.
By submitting the order, the customer places an order with payment obligation.
An automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent regarding the order.
4. Payment Terms
Currently available payment methods in the webshop:
For products delivered or collected within Hungary

Based on the invoice, the customer pays using the selected method: bank transfer, cash upon collection, or cash/card in case of cash-on-delivery.
For security and ethical reasons, automatic online payments are not used by the webshop.

5. Delivery
Products can also be collected personally in Budapest after stock confirmation and appointment scheduling.
Delivery is carried out by a courier service.

6. Warranty and Quality

Products are covered by manufacturer or distributor warranty.
Typical warranty period:
12 months
The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

7. Right of Withdrawal
According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) of Hungary, customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
Withdrawal period:
14 days from the date of receiving the product
The intention to withdraw must be sent by e-mail to:

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
